During our initial meeting, we will discuss how clients pay for the services provided and fully disclose the fee structure, whether it is commission-based or fee-based. To determine the most appropriate fee structure, we will assess factors such as your trading frequency, preference for a buy-and-hold strategy, need for frequent advice, investment time horizon, account size, and other relevant details.
Recently, the financial industry has been shifting towards full fee transparency through the fee-based model. This model ensures that the advisor receives compensation directly from the client, with no hidden fees from other sources. Consequently, I have been conducting my practice on a fee-based model since 2005.
There are no minimum asset amounts required.
Less than $500,000 under management is assessed at a rate of 1.25%
$500,000 – $1 million under management is assessed at a rate of 1.00%
$1 million – $3 million under management is assessed at a rate of 0.75%
Greater than $3 million under management is assessed at a rate of 0.50%
While the fee-based model offers full transparency and often results in lower overall costs, it may not be suitable for everyone. The most appropriate fee structure for your situation will be offered to ensure it aligns with your specific needs and circumstances.
